"Overall, I think our visit went extremely well. The staff was helpful and when the coffee pot went out in the room it was replaced quickly. I did feel that the prices of the restaurant, bar, and other facilities were extremely high. Could have used a microwave in the room."

"We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. "Terrible customer service. Asked for a hairdryer for three days straight and it was never delivered to our room. Requested a room that looked into the atrium from a higher floor was given first floor that faced highway. Right beside outside door that didn’t stay locked and banged all night. Room was clean, but floor was filthy. Found garbage on the floor."

"Parking was free and there was plenty. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The staff member who checked me in was excellent and he was super kind and helpful! My only complaint is that I requested to have my linens changed, but they did not change the linens. They did offer to move my room, but I just requested for fresh linens and changed them myself. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was limited, but it was free and tasty. All in all I would stay here again."

"The hotel was very clean and in a good, safe location. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is I paid extra for a room that said it had a wetbar and there wasn’t one. I asked the front desk agent and he had no idea what I was talking about. He said they had drinks for sales, that’s it. Very misleading I would’ve gotten the less expensive room."
