"Room was not cleaned at all. Ants were all over the bathroom floor along with hair. Pillows were stained. Debris/stains were on the carpet floor. When we asked for another room we were told none were available. However, on the Expedia app it stated 4 rooms were available. The best they could do was spray the ants with bug spray. We left after about an hour. The positive we were refunded."

"We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. "There needs to be upgrades made. Having resort fees should d waived too when your outdoor poor isn’t available due to maintenance. Fire pit needs to he fixed- all you smell is gas and basically no flame. We let the front desk know.. first night and still was not then care if all weekend."

It looked like it was stripped clean. The front desk did help us out amd provide these things when we went down to speak to them. The AC in the room is also very loud and it runs the whole night."
