"The self check in was great- the staff was helpful when I emailed my questions- only challenge was coming in later than check in time and having a hard time parking- the 1888 number and the other number listed on website were not working when I attempted to call- finally found the right phone number which was emailed to me. "The house is a good place to stay if you need ample room and want a quiet retreat in Saranac Lake. Its not on the water but within a short drive of downtown and the lakes. If you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you as the stairs to the second floor are very steep and there are floor level changes. The house manager should, I think, mark the floor level changes with bright tape because it takes a while to remember where they are. The house is pleasant and cosy and we enjoyed staying...
