"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."

"Beautiful beach on site. Food was delicious throughout the resort. Maybe the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever experienced. The dining schedule seemed cumbersome. You have to plan your meals every day. The shuttle between the resorts is helpful but the shuttle did not fit all of the guests waiting so half of the guests had to wait another hour for the next shuttle. Special shout out to Christina and Caro for exceptional service."

"The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. "

"Beautiful hotel! Definitely my hotel of choice in Grand Turk. I’ve been taking staycations here recently and it’s always a good time. The owners of the hotel are very hospitable and I really appreciate that. I had an emergency during my stay and ended up at the hospital. After a long sleepless night and being discharged close to checkout I sent my friend to ask if it’s possible for us to have a later check out time. The owners were only concerned about me and my well-being. They told my friend...
