"We've stayed at this property a couple of times. The staff are really friendly and very welcoming. The resort has great facilities, plenty to keep everybody occupied (if they want to be). The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Our apartment this time was a little bit tired but for the price, I wasn't overly concerned. We'll definitely return."

"The room was not clean. Dirty tissues on the couch, crumbs on the couch, floor had dirt and hair on it. No mats for wet feet as you walk up the stairs. It was raining as we got there - no hand out map to find your way."

"Property Management completely unresponsive.
Only after contacting expedia directly did we receive contact.
Over 4 days had multiple issues and questions and NOT ONCE did property respond until prodded by Expedia.
If you need WiFi DONT STAY HERE
WiFi not stable entire trip
No control over heating/cooling
We travel internationally ALOT and by far worst experience in last 10 years.
Loved Melbourne but bad choice of stays."
