"We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Facility was clean and we had everything we needed. Service was very friendly. The elevator seemed a little outdated but it worked. All good, though."

"Hotel room was beautiful, clean and quiet. We had a lovely mountain view. Breakfast had lots of options and food was replenished often. Staff made sure tables were cleaned quickly too so no wait for tables even when breakfast was busy. We used shuttle to and from train station and drivers were excellent and informative. "

"Great hotel in beautiful Zermatt. All around nice staff. Good breakfast options and loved the afternoon tea with snacks. Room was comfortable and clean. Although a bit noisy depending on who’s your neighbor, thin walls and we could hear the tv from the next room. Don’t get the square toilets. Hotel is only a few short minutes from the train station which is a bonus. Great pool and sauna. Would stay again."

"Wow! An incredible hotel. I was given a free upgrade with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The room was amazing. Plenty of space and excellent decor. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were friendly, My room was decorated for my birthday. Spa area, again Wow! This hotel has to be one of the top hotels Ive stayed in. "

"This Hotel well exceeded my expectations. This started from the shuttle to and from the train station. The lady at the reception was very helpful and efficient. She provided lunch recommendation which is nice. The room was clean and modern. We shall be back the next time around. "

"Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. Quiet stay, with gorgeous views from 360* around the building. About a 10 minute walk out of the main area of town, so would have to be okay with the walk, but there...

"My room has a small kitchenette fully equipped w electric stoves/oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates and bowls, knifes and cutting boards, almost everything to cook a quick meals. Very clean and safe area. Hotel is about 5 min walk from Tasch train station. Zermatt is 1 station away from Tasch. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Zermatt."

"Perren is near the train station, easy walking distance. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful, not just the receptionists, but the housekeeping, maintenance, dining staff. All were helpful and always had a smile on their face. I had a small single room, but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom big enough for a tub, and I had a nice balcony overlooking the city, unfortunately not on the side where the Matterhorn was. "It was magical entering this hotel on a little electric trolley via stone cave! I felt like James Bond. The staff was incredible and so helpful - they even remembered my activities that I had mentioned and asked me how they were. Breakfast was delicious!"
