"Very big hotel with polite staff and a lovely terrace to sit out on a warm evening. The room was a good size although bathroom was quite small, but bed and pilllows were very comfy. Shame about the club lounge though. It was very hot in there and choice of drinks was limited. "The stay was great, my only concern was with Expedia, I booked a room with full breakfast, then moved the day on one day, Expedia changed the date and I paid the difference, what didn’t tell me was the booking now didn’t include breakfast!! The stay at the hotel was great, great position, nice bar."

"This is my third stay here, and my first in one of the outbuildings. Despite my stated wish to be in the main building, I was assured I would love my upgraded room. I didn't. I had a huge lovely bedroom and bathroom, with no closet. The closet was in a second bedroom which room, as a solo traveler, was of no use to me. "Bar understaffed but staff were very friendly. We paid £300 for a room for the night and would have expected a coffee machine for that price. Parking in hotel is ridiculously expensive £15 for the first 24 hrs then another £15 for even an hour longer than that. The garden is lovely and bar food reasonably priced."

"We had a ground floor room with patio which was perfect for our dog. First day our room had not been serviced, but next 2 days it was all fine. We ate in the restaurant onthe first afternoon which was very good. Service was excellent as well. Very good breakfast. Nice & close to Stratford on Avon."
