"The property is beautiful, staff are outstanding and anything is possible just ask for it. My sandals sole went undone due to the heat and the staff fixed them within 20 mins. Amazing service. Only points are that the chalettes are not noise isolating so you hear everything around you and humidity smell is real. But it is a great place and amazing value for money."

Everybody from the front desk to the dining staff to the cleaning staff everybody was wonderful…..extra thanks to Charmaine and Smally for organizing various excursions and for Wayne and her mother with the Spa and Erik for airport pick up and drop offs to the conference hotel. "Troutbeck did not disappoint. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. It was cold in the evenings and mornings but the rooms had electric heating pads to make the beds warm and comfy. The big hearth fires were a nice place relax. Good menu selections and breakfast buffet. "
