"The room was beautiful, the bathroom was exquisite, the towels fluffy and the sheets crisp and clean. The Sanctuary was so close to the underground and also an easy walk to Big Ben and other sites. I felt totally safe in the neighborhood and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful!"

"Staff I believe are the owners. They serve breakfast every morning. They are very hospitable, friendly and nice. They get to know you and they tell their stories too. They treat you like friends or family. They give you everything you need. The only problem I had was the room was hot but before I booked I knew that there was no air conditioning. I just didn’t expect that it will be that hot even if there was a fan and it is fall season already. "

It was nice to have a well prepared meal brought to our room after a long day of travel. The Victoria Station is right there, so navigating through London via the transportation options makes it so easy. We traveled on the Tube multiple times, and it was great knowing that when getting to the station we were minutes from being back...
