"This hotel is fabulous!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious and modern rooms and a beautiful pool, sauna and gym. It was only a few minutes walk to the tube station and about 15 minutes walk to Battersea Power Plant. The highlight was the 180 degree views of the Thames from our room and how comfortable the bed was. Highly recommend!!"

"This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location"

"This is the first time that we have stayed at the Conrad St.James. We had booked it mainly due to the location for our events whilst in London. We booked a King Executive room which gave us all the space to get ready with out being cramped. The bed was really comfy and the amenities in the rooms were good. Our only critique of the room is that there was no full length mirror and the only mirror to dry your hair in front of was on the wall behind the coffee machine that housed the wine and water...

In years of travel we have never been so welcomed and well-cared for as here. We planned a rigorous quick-hit visit to London (my wife’s first) before traveling on. At the end of each busy day we found ourselves eagerly looking forward to returning to the Executive Lounge."

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond. Lawrence and Gara were the best! It wasn’t a great location and walkable to pretty much anything we wanted to do. The little coffee shop around the corner was great to go to every morning for pastries and coffee."

"Fabulous! Apartment was exactly as pictured. View of Westminster and London Eye from balcony was extra special. Plenty of room for family of 5. Close to all transport, shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Grab some waters and essentials from the Tesco around the corner and you are all set. Would definitely return!"

"Room had a little kitchenette with plates, little sink, microwave - super handy! Amazing view from 12th floor. Didn’t bother with breakfast as the queue was massive. Staff were lovely. Lighting in the room was excellent, various options for different moods! Would definitely stay again. Great location."
