"The doorman who worked from 7.00am to 4.0pm ( he wore a flat cap to keep his bald head warm and had a salt and pepper coloured beard). He was the first person we saw as we approached the door and his welcome was so friendly. He made us feel so at home before we even entered the building. He continued to greet us so warmly every time we went out. He was the star on a very impressive hotel. "

"Very clean room. Room had great view! Friendly staff. Only very slight criticism is that the breakfast fruit on offer is a bit more akin to a lower grade hotel chain. Lots of apple and pear segments but nothing in the way of berry fruits. Otherwise it was a 5 star stay!"

"Room spotless, had a problem with the toilet flush, but it was soon sorted by a mantainance guy, but unfortunately the problem came back."

"The rooms were very clean, the restaurant onsite has a great selection and was very good. The proximity to the airport terminal 2 was great and we were even able to get a porter with wheelchair directly to hotel lobby."
