"Excellent staff, super friendly and extremely dog friendly. Perfect place for us to stay with our dog. Room could do with an upgrade but was ok. Good value and excellent food."

"A lovely hotel nestled under the Dorset Ridgeway path and only a 40 minute walk from the coastal path. Pretty setting, with lovely garden and good restaurant. We had breakfast next door at the farmshop which is a linked business and offers a 20% discount to the hotel residents."

However the room we were in (an upgraded room) was over the kitchen and every morning at 7am something started up and all we could hear was the hum of it which is annoying when you would like a lie in.
