We were actually the only people staying on a cold night in winter but the staff made an effort to make us welcome. "Great room with a view of the abbey opposite. Weather was shocking so ate in the pub (well, more of a restaurant) great food. Service was excellent. Had a minor issue which was resolved in a thoughtful way. Menu excellent for GF and Vegans (clearly marked). One of the best rooms, and with dinner £200 or thereabouts. Parking out back. Genuinely high recommendation."
