"The place was not stocked up well and the appliances like coffee machine were dirty. Things were minimally maintained abd the beach equipment was so dirty and smelly, I had yo wash the beach towels before using it and beach chairs wete all stained and smelly. But overall it was clean."

One of the pictures provided shows two queen beds and a living room, this is what I thought I was getting. Per hotel staff, picture is incorrect, they viewed the Expedia photo and apologized for the error, said the picture and description is incorrect."

"The cutest hotel in the perfect location on Maui! Close to lots of local cafes and restaurants, and the beach was maybe a 10 minute drive away. The room itself was super cute and tasteful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We’ll be staying here again the next time we’re in Maui!"

"Hampton inn and suits Maui North shore is very clean, staffs are so nice and respectful. the beach view is beautiful but I can not swim due to not safety there, the water is kind of deep. Breakfast is wonderful."

"Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out."

"Staff at valet and bell desk not very friendly. Mirror in room filthy. Toilet handle broken so you had to manually move it up to prevent constant running water. Drawers had sand all over inside. Chairs on patio covered in pigeon waste. Chair at desk/table missing from room. Requested replacement multiple times and finally received on third day. PJ at the indoor restaurant was amazing.
