Robert was a fun and welcoming host. Dubuque in February was not a super-lively place but we made the most of it. Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark
The hotel is a little outdated but still clean and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was amazing! Friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The arcade needs some work with half the games out but the pool and all its features were awesome and they had a cool kids zone full of activities. ...
