"The breakfast was fresh but not much varieties . Excellent accommodation however few minor things needs attention like the electric kettle and coffee machine were outdated to the standard and price of the accommodation and also we noticed one of the toilet brush was dirty as this needs to be changed very frequently "

"Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade für eine tolle Suite. Danke dafür. Die Kunstgegenstände und das Gebäude selbst machen das Hotel sehr besonders. Das Personal ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Frühstücksraum ist soviel Personal, dass alles tip top läuft. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist Perfekt. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Vielen herzlichen Dank."

"I booked one night for the flight on the following day. However, the AC did not work in the heat wave. I woke up multiple times during the night. If the AC works, the hotel is recommended. Unfortunately I did not have a good sleep for this booking."

"今回４泊しました。朝食付きで、ブュッフェスタイルで、とても美味しかったです。 スタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーで、居心地も良かったです。ただ、たまたま猛暑の時期で、2日目に部屋のエアコンが故障。フロントのスタッフが対応してくれて、最終的には部屋を変えてくれました。結果的には部屋をアップグレードしてもらえて、私たちはラッキーでしたが、エアコンのメインテナンスは徹底した方が良いかと思います。"

"Das Hotel ist nunmehr ein durchschnittliches Business Hotel. Der Glanz alter Tage ist einfach weg. Die sehr geschmäcklerischen Sanierungen passen gar nicht zur Substanz des Gebäudes. Es ist ein Stil der IBIS Hotels dieser Welt. Während das Vierjahreszeiten in Hamburg ein echtes 5 Sterne ist, verdient das Parkhotel lediglich 3. Das Frühstück ist nur Mittelmaß."

"Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt! Wir sind überpünktlich um 15Uhr angereist und trotz dessen, dass unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, wurde uns sofort ein anderes zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer selbst war genauso spitze wie der Service. Besonders das sehr gemütliche Bett und insgesamt sehr moderne und saubere Zimmer haben uns überzeugt. Das Hotel ist super angebunden und der nächste Bahnhof als auch eine U-Bahn-Station sind in 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Great property close to the old town and main shopping centre. Breakfast was plentiful and great tasting, great selection of teas and coffee. There was something for everyone. Rooms spacious, although bathroom door so.etimes was problematic by the way in which it opened so could sometimes limit space."

"The hotel is well located, breakfast and the restaurant is good and the view is awesome. The room claims to have AC but it didn’t work and made my stay horrible. I was given a small portable fan upon check in, and could barely sleep throughout the week during the heat wave when it 40 Celsius outside."
