"Small hotel but had a pleasant quite stay. Great for the price."

People were walking outside right past our window, there were tons of cars making noise with alarms going off, hotel doors were constantly being slammed shut throughout the entire night, and the ice machine right next to our room was very noisy too. We are silver members and no breakfast was given as most Hiltons are supposed to."

"We were three people staying in a king suite and the room was dilapidated. The bathroom had a crack in the ceiling above the bathtub that was leaking from the room above. Staff was not that helpful as they said there were no other rooms available nor were they willing to do more than 3,000 points to mollify us. "The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, (in an attached garage). The free breakfast was typical of hotel offerings. Santana Row for shopping and dining is very nice. The shops are high end."

"Sour moldy smell coming out of air conditioner so we moved to another room which also had a filthy AC with sour air. They did come and clean off all the caked dust off the coils but smell continued persist from deep within machine. Had to sleep in a stuffy ac-less room to avoid further comprising my agitated respiratory system."

"I had been going to this location for the past four years. Steadily it has been declining. The furniture was always on the older side. (Never improved). In the beginning breakfast food was served but gradually decreased to nothing. Not even coffee or juice or water. Front desk says the kitchen was shut down 8 months ago. The room itself had an odor coming from the sink and dishwasher. Also from the AC unit. 1 out of 2 elevators worked. And Lastly the staffs attitude was unfriendly and uncaring....

"This is a beautiful property! In the heart of San Jose and located close to the San Jose airport. Things to plan for: there is no parking at the property itself however there is a paid parking lot across the street and a parking garage close by. Breakfast is not included however they do have a restaurant in the lobby. I highly recommend staying her and I would stay again."

"Hotel was ok for just the night. It didn’t look or feel comfy, uncomfortable chair next to bed. Parking was accessible and affordable. Breakfast was $18."

"Super clean room, bed was super comfy no funky smell, room very spacious, plenty of bath towels, toiletries were a plus, parking is very easy right infront of check in office, fast and easy check in process, breakfast was the best Ive had in a hotel. many options for breakfast. will definetely stay here again when in San Jose."
