"The room was quiet considering it’s on the 1st floor. The room had a bad lingering smell. I turned the fan on to continuous along w the AC and it helped rid of the smell slightly. I think the smell was coming from the carpet, similar to dirty feet. I just went and got Lysol spray and saturated the carpet. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good. "staff was not friendly. I added an extra day and needed to reregister for hat day. they including to go back to desk sign papers and get a new key. room was dark with no light by the couch which was in the middle of the room"

"If you want a no frill, outdated hotel stay, this is it. Bed was comfy, although I had to ask for a blanket. The body wash dispenser was empty in the shower, but the shower was clean. There are not enough outlets-the ones behind the bed are hard to reach. Would I stay there again-not sure."

"The owner and family take great pride in their motel. While few amenities, the place is comfortable, has a great location with walkable amenities nearby, and is very reasonably priced considering its locale. Hard to find quality "mom and pop" type places anymore. A pleasure to support them."

"We had a really good experience here. The breakfast selection was awesome! There is a great oatmeal bar for my wife and plenty of options for my daughter and me to build breakfast burritos. The room itself was very quiet (no loud neighbors or slamming doors) and the bed was super comfy. Housekeeping was incredibly quick to deliver anything we needed to the room. Plus, you can't beat the location for getting to the airport, Santa Clara University, or shopping at Santana Row and Valley Fair....
