They didn't have the king bed room we reserved and gave us a handicap accessible double bed room and didn't say a word about it when checking in, when we asked about it later they blamed Expedia. The room was clean and the bed(s) were comfortable."

"The hotel room was falling apart. Water stains all over the ceiling and cracks that looked like the ceiling was going to fall in. Handle broken off the bath/shower knob. Toilet paper holders rusty and falling off the wall. Mold on floor behind toilet. My reservation through 3rd party said I could cancel up to date of. I tried to cancel my second night prior to my trip and was told that I could not so I had to pay for the room that I did not use the second night."

"Room was old. Had signs of something orange(rust?) in various places including the tub. Only 1 handicap spot in lot which was taken. Most disturbing was that when asked where the shelter in place location was(we were under a tornado warning and there was a severe thunderstorm warning out) asked bc we were told we should be sheltering, we were told people were just in their rooms. The amenities left in the room were used. When we asked the staff to clean the bathroom they said they would- we asked at least 5 times and they said they would but never did."
