"We booked a suite as we were staying 3 weeks. Room was clean, and functional and loved all the extra space and 2 TV'S. The room was a bit dated. Bed was spring mattress..no topper, but had no issues sleeping. Carpet was a bit stained, but was kept clean from housekeeping. Has a small issue with toilet not flushing properly, but was fixed by the time we returned to our room. Housekeeping staff were top notch, and assisted with anything we requested right away. Would have loved to have a microwave for our long stay, but we managed. Location of hotel is excellent. Fast food restaurants close by and Aldi was very close and convenient for groceries. This was our 2nd time staying here, and there will be more bookings in the future! Thank you!"

"Great location. Perfectly ok stay. Unexceptional. Rooms are functional. Firm bed and pillows. In-room had Instant coffee as opposed to a coffee machine. Shower room is rather cramped. Shower itself is small and difficult to use if you’re over 6 foot. Buffet breakfast is fairly typical buffet. A lack of healthy options, and food quality fairly low. Melitta coffee machines deliver rocket fuel (a highlight). Reception staff excellent and helpful We had ‘Lounge access’ which offers free snacks and drinks between 5:30-7:30pm. Minimal effort has gone into this facility. Wine is really quite awful. And the room fills quickly."

"Breakfast good choices, chef very accommodating for evening meal . No hairdryer, no hot water at 9pm or pressure in shower. Has a solo traveller found it very lonely, was put on a dinning table completely out of the way, so no chance to talk to anyone. "

"Arrived and met by friendly staff. However on entering the room could clearly see room was dated and requires an overhaul. Brown carpet - stained and dirty in many areas. Furniture chipped and dated. Bed extremely uncomfortable and mattress topper has been added however mattress had fold in the middle and lumps - very uncomfortable. Curtain are not blackout and office opposite has digital adverts going all night so constant flashing of lights through curtains. Bath - which we paid extra for full of mould / mildew. Expensive for poor quality. Have feedback to staff however was informed they could have changed the room but explained it was past 11pm . Breakfast was really good and parking to the rear of the property . Won’t be staying again as it needs money ploughing into updating things "

"We stayed in a spacious family room with a beautiful sea view. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean; we really liked the room's location. However, we had some issues with cleanliness—the carpet was dirty, and the bathtub drain was clogged, causing water to pool during showers. Also, the edges of the tub were not clean. On the positive side, the outdoor pool was open and heated, which our daughter really enjoyed. The pool area was well-decorated and maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. As for breakfast, it was quite ordinary with limited options, but they provided cheese once we asked for it. It met our expectations but wasn't anything spectacular."
