"Lovely Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Located in a convenient spot near a metro line and within walking distance of various attractions and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay here. "

"Night porter on check-in Hassan was very efficient and friendly, making sure I knew where my room was. Breakfast lady also very friendly. Would recommend for a solo trip due to the small nature of the rooms. "

"Hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes de Victoria Station. Chambre familiale propre avec grande fenêtre (dommage que nous étions en sous sol sous la salle du petit déjeuner: du bruit dès 7h).
Personnel très disponible. A notre arrivée nous avions un problème: cadenas de notre valise cassé, impossible de l'ouvrir. La personne à l'accueil a réussi tant bien que mal à l'ouvrir avec une tenaille et autre pince.
Possibilité de laisser les bagages pour profiter de Londres avant de rejoindre...
