I opened the window which helped a bit, reported it to the management, and from their reaction they already knew about the problem. "No towels ,just tea towels ,no hot water, no milk or spoon to make tea or coffee ,I stayed for 5 days ,no one came to do anything ,they didn't empty the bins or change sheets or give you a floor mat,"

"Needed a room at short notice as flight was cancelled. Didn't get to experience breakfast etc as checked out early, but beds were comfortable and room clean. Special shout out to Matt on reception/night duty. Super helpful and just the kind of friendly face we needed after spending 12 hours in Gatwick."

"This was a first visit to property and we were very satisfied with all aspects of the Marina village. Although arrived early we were allowed access to room straight away, at that time of day parking was very good. Had lunch in bar/restaurant, choices on menu very good. For anyone travelling by rail station right next to site across canal. I would definitely stay again"
