"No Ac/ Room dirty, not same room as the one they show for city view king size, 2/3 elevators weren’t working, also if you don’t ask about any other fees they don’t tell you that you have a $38 a day food and beverage fee that will be removed from deposit whether you use it or not and I thinks it’s sneaky because they don’t tell you so they can make more money if you don’t use it. Horrible!"

"Hotel room could use some updates.. the flooring was uneven and the room felt very tight. We were surprised there was not a small mini fridge in the room for the price paid. The shower pressure was very weak and only had a hand held shower head which was odd and it kept falling off the wall. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with nice sheets and comforter. The staff was very friendly and kind and willing to help. Overall would not stay here again. "

I had to ask to get my room cleaned multiple times and was told I had called during staff change over and that was why my room hadn't been cleaned? I asked/called 3 times in one day to see if I could get a room clean. Do not recommend. Spend your $ somewhere else!"
