"There’s a fine line between a “stripped back” aesthetic being a design choice and just being unfinished and scruffy. Unfortunately, this was a little too on the scruffy side. Also, extremely hot during the night with no ability to open a window. "Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous. Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables."

"The staff was excellent at the One Tun. We had to extend our stay at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff was so accommodating.
