"We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was always clean and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, and the peacocks were a lovely treat. The staff were super helpful and attentive throughout our stay. You definitely get good value for the money paid. Breakfast was okay – not the best – but we understand it is focused on a traditional English breakfast. It would be nice to have a vegetarian sausage option and boiled eggs as well....

"They allow you to leave a case before or after you check out, for a couple of hours. The Travelodge suddenly stopped allowing this, so this hotel is much better for ITFC fans who don’t have a car in which to lock luggage. The breakfast is better too, although they could do with an extra coffee machine for peak times. They allowed me to check in early, which was great."

"This is my “go to” hotel when visiting the area. The staff were and always have been friendly, courteous and professional. The room affords excellent value for money. It is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The room is cleaned daily and any items, such as tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are replenished at the same time. I have not dined there and so cannot comment on the quality of the food. Thank you for another pleasant stay. "

"Easy bus connection from Stansted. Nice welcome on arrival. Room adequate with large telly and very clean Comfortable bed. All good. If you need a Stansted overnigh this is worth considering. "
