"The staff went above and beyond after Expedia messed up our booking and cancelled it. We managed to get our friend’s room after they gave theirs up for us. Expedia ruined what was meant to be a great weekend, saved by friends and the hotel."

"Guys we are in the middle of a heat wave I said it’s appresive in the room came back after work the next day still no fan in the room
Don’t stay here if there is a heat warning - also didn’t help having the maintenance team scrapping banging under my room after the first night.
Would I stay again - yes if there’s air con - staff have been very good."
