"The room that I was in had a smell to it, black mold in the bathroom and the sofa bed has no blankets. The inside wave pool had bugs in the water and the sauna was cloudy. The property use to be nice little get away. Now it’s unsafe!! I want be going back.. the beds were hard as well.. it’s over priced.."

"Best hotel location to be in Gatlinburg. Walking distance to the parkway, right next to Ripley's aquarium. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was big, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pillows and comforters were clean and smells great. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely plan on staying here again on our next visit. "
