GrandStay Residential Suites - Eau Claire
Staff was rude, hot tub not working, jacuzzi in our room had not pressure, sinks didn’t drain. Not happy at all. No response when sent message about experience. Place had went down hill bad.

We only stopped her as it was horrible weather and we needed to get off the roads, it was not a good hotel. It literally smelled like sewage. The rooms for one night were tolerable and the breakfast was included, which was nice, but this would not be one I would recommend or go back to.
