"J’ai adoré cet hôtel dès mon arrivée, pour son style, sa situation, son roof top convivial et sa vue sur Madrid exceptionnelle. Et j’ai apprécié ses services excellents jusqu’au dernier jour. Aide et conseils à la réception, buffet breakfast bon et restaurant de qualité. Ma chambre était vaste en étage élevé, la literie de qualité. Un bémol sur l’équipement : table branlante, prise murale décollée et embout séchoir cassé. Des détails qui ne m’ont pas gênée. Un très bon séjour au Dear Hôtel. "

"The hotel is small but they make the most of their space. It was clean, the staff was excellent and with the exception of very small windows, we have not complaints. Perhaps more important was how they responded when we needed something or something wasn’t quite right. They were superstars! There are plenty of good shops and sights nearby. Not truly central city, but a location we really enjoyed. We recommend The Francisco!"
