"I had an excellent stay at H4 Hotel Solothurn. The property is very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities are well maintained. The location is convenient and everything is easily walkable. The only challenge I encountered was that parking can be limited when the hotel is fully booked but street parking can be found. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return!"

Rooms are very spacious, bed and showers are good, but it is an ancient structure and building, so don’t expect modern rooms or furniture. Staff when available was very helpful. "I like the vicinity to train station and Altstadt shopping and restaurants. The hotel lacks a few safety features in the Bathroom area like unsave bathtub ie could use rubber mats or hand rails. The Bar/Restaurant on street level is excessively noisy (music - low level base) at weekends Friday/Saturday up to 4AM."
