"Lovely hotel. Great location by the train station. If you're looking for something in the city center, this might not be the hotel for you - but as a someone pass through and stopping in Basel for a night, it was perfect. Affordable for Switzerland. Very large rooms. We were there during a heatwave and not only was the AC great, but the hotel had ice and water. Very good internet (I had some work video calls and was a little nervous after traveling to some other hotels around Europe). Would...

"Loved the location. We were there for National Swiss Day and ate at the restaurant where we had great food and a front row seat for the fireworks. The staff could not have been more pleasant. They shifted our dinner reservation at the hotel restaurant and provided recommendations for other places. They provided coffee service on each floor.
