"Great location and a quiet neighborhood. Clean apartment and"

"Tiene un desayuno espectacular , pero las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado"

"This IS a great hotel! Clean and tastefully furnished facilities, spotless, great roof top and restaurant in the heart of Madrid! Best part is the staff and service. I was truly impressed as a hotel connoisseur! The staff is one of the best part of this gem. I’ll be back because this is a regular route for me!"

The beautifully designed pool and sauna was relaxing Location is ideal. Our room was on the plaza and when you closed the doors the sound completely disappeared. They even...

"The room was nice, but it was so dark. Would be nice to have a couple of extra lights so I could actually see."

"Super helpful and pleasant staff!"

"Perfect"

One thing to note ; the doors to the bathroom in our room were glass/transparent (this seemed to be common across our hotels in Spain). Also, it...

Their response was appreciated. However, for a hotel charging approximately €330 for one night and marketed as a four-star property, I expected a higher level of comfort. The hotel operates a central heating and air-conditioning system, which meant I could not control the air conditioning in my room. Even when the weather...
