"The property was really nice! Beautiful flowers and plants growing everywhere. Coconut and Palm trees swaying beautifully in the breezes. Lovely place to just layout read a book or catch a nice tan as the Pools are large, clean and plentiful. The Bars are well staffed and stocked. Staff guided Pool Side activities were fun to do or just watch everyone else.
We stayed on the All Adult side.

"This boutique hotel is more than awesome. It has a genuine feel of being in a private home. Jonelle (the property manager, host, coordinator etc) could not have possibly been more accommodating, friendly and overall full of life and was just pure excellence. His assistant, (sorry I don't know his name) was also amazing. The property is very beautiful and unique and we highly recommend it."

"Our honeymoon was amazing. The staff treated us like family, and our Butler, Rodney, truly was the best. He checked in with us multiple times a day and left us several very sweet gifts. We felt as if we gained a friend. Check-in was easy, and check-out was even easier. Be aware that this resort adds all the extras like cab rides and Chic show onto your room tab at the end of your stay. Should not be a problem if you keep track of how much you are spending. Highly recommend this resort."

"Our Room was horrible. It was old, dirty and disgusting.
The property in general was nice.
The staff was nice, except one person at the check in desk, who was outright rude.
Also, 2 ladies at the Gift Shop were extremely inattentive - they couldn`t have cared less for any customers in the store.
The room was a huge disappointment for such a place."

"One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking.
