"Excellent hotel - top quality. We would return but two things were unusual for a hotel of this category: 1. the air was turned off in the room and we coul not open the window because of the wind and alergies. So, the room was overly warm and there was no way to remedy it. We tried the thermostat but the system was obviously turned off which is fairly normal in this season because the hotels try to save on energy.
