"Had a 2 night stay at this property, very happy with our visit, couldn't really fault it to be fair, as we didn't really spend a lot of time there apart from our first night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy, the staff were very helpful and cheerful, had breakfast on both mornings, opted for the classic breakfast, which was ample, the bar was well stocked and plenty staff serving.
If I was to be picky, it is very minor points, I requested a twin room, but had a room for disabled...

"Checking in we were upgraded to novohotel, so really my review is based on our stay there. Reception staff friendly and helpful, room was large,v clean and v comfortable. Evening meal was in the resteraunt which was v comfortable, staff very professionel,and the food was great, a really good start to our holiday. Thank you .

Very hot but it was a hot evening outside
The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking."
