"Booked an executive room. On first impressions it looked good but then you notice where it hasn’t been well maintained or cared for. The most worrying thing was the brown slightly orange stains on the bed cover in two places. I can only hope they were scorch marks from ironing. Bath had marks and chips, no power points near the bed for phone etc. Staff were all helpful and pleasant but despite that I wouldn’t stay again unless rooms have had a facelift. "

"Room was satisfactory. The hotel is located in a motorway services area. On arrival was charged extra to park in the services car park as the hotel does not have a private car park. Purchased breakfast for two adults however this is a voucher that has to be redeemed in the services building next door to the hotel and at a particular concession. Breakfast options were limited at the vendor, so beware! Extra parking charge and poor breakfast would put me off booking here again."

"Still a new hotel- very clean. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent and parking is available too. The lifts are abit slow as theres 9 floors but as I was on floor 2 i was more than happy to take the stairs to get my steps in. My kids loves the hotel and the shopping mall is literally opposite the road with every shops you could find. I would recommend it if you plan to go to Leicester. This is my second visit but definitely better this time round."

"The staff were very friendly but, the hotel was very tired. The reception area was quite nice when you walk in, then the hallways were very dingey. The wall paper was coming away from the wall in my room, the curtains were heavy single curtains which couldn't really be opened properly. There were just 2 single electrical sockets in this day and age isn't enough really, cables hanging loosely from the television it felt like a hostel. The outside was not very welcoming, everything was very scruffy, not maintained, not inviting at all. There was an Indian restaurant with a bar with limited drinks and which closed quite early too. I will not be staying again unfortunately as it was situated in a decent place."
