"Stay was nice, we just used to overnight as we were passing thru. We asked for a later check out and were told no, then they called our room 3 min after check out time. Annoyed because we were just waiting for a cart to be available to get out sutecases to the car."

"Everything was excellent, met my expectations @ 💯. Especially with a last minute plan of staying night over after a very long day @ the wildlife’s. Definitely would recommend to others especially our family, we might even come back again and spend nights. Our kids enjoy the pool. Breakfast was good, Wish they have more protein for no veggies."

"Easy check-in. Brian at the front desk checked in regarding our stay. Breakfast was better than similar level Hiltons and Marriotts we have stayed at recently - overnight oats, chopped fruit, and the makings for breakfast burritos. The room was spacious and cleaned. Only complaint was the AC and older fridge seemed a bit boisy. We appreciated the regular cleanings since we were there several days. We will return!"

The common areas—including the elevators and hallways—were dirty, worn, and very uninviting. The only positive was that our room was clean when we arrived. We stayed for **five nights**, and during that entire time our room was serviced only **twice**, when towels were replaced and the garbage was emptied. "The noise level at night was terrible. The hotel room doors banged so loudly it was ridiculous and the hotel guests were very noisy after 10pm. Our room was very tiny and for the price I would not stay at this hotel again."

"My stay at Hilton was great; especially it was during a family emergency. I was traveling with my elderly Dad and needed a handicap bathroom. The accommodations were perfect; lots of space. Also had to work remotely and the wi-fi was convenient. My only suggestion is to have instructions on a card on how to use the remote blinds. The staff is pleasant and kitchen breakfast crew is wonderful. Thank you!"
