"The Airport Shuttle they need to said only for Midway Airport not for O’hare. That’s why I reserved this hotel because is included the airport shuttle. The day I arrived to the airport they can’t pick me up because the hotel shuttle doesn’t go to that Airport. It’s was my first time in Chicago I need to take the train take 2 hours to get the hotel. Please specify which airport the hotel do the shuttle."

"Convenient location to Midway, and good restaurant with friendly staff. My room was very nice and the bedroom room itself was clean, however, there were problems with the bathroom. There was mold in the shower in several spots, the body wash container was empty and the lotion container was empty as well. I didn't notice these things until I was already in the shower - too late to make a change. In the morning, when I wanted a cup of coffee in my room, I discovered the coffee maker was broken....

"We arrived in the evening to find our room humid, stale, and without any air circulation. The air conditioner was off, and it would not turn on when we attempted to use it. When we contacted the front desk, we were instructed to troubleshoot the unit ourselves by unplugging and reconnecting it. We were also informed that maintenance was not on site and that a ticket would need to be submitted. Maintenance did arrive approximately 15 minutes later and identified the issue as a switch that had...

"Rooms are not cleaned until 8pm at night. I was charged $30 per night to park in the parking outside and it's not even valet parking. There's no parking lot security or gates. It's open parking with the threat of my vehicle being towed if I don't pay the $30."

"Great stay for a first time visit in Chicago. Was about 30 minutes from everything but no matter where we went it was traffic."

"Breakfast is too expensive at $17 per person. Drinks in the hotel lobby to purchase from their hotel store was 3 months past expiration. Rooms are nice but for a group of 4 adult guests, you’re only allowed 3 towels. That’s not very sanitary to share between adults. Beds and pillows are comfortable. "

"DONT COME HERE. Plain and simple. Came here as a solo traveler for work. Felt unsafe at all times. Loitering around the entrance and halls, loud noises from people screaming on the phone or at eachother. Bed was outdated and prob 20+ years old. I left mid way during my stay bc it was that bad. "

"Their website says it's pet friendly, which is completely false. There was no point in having pillows since they're almost as flat as the actual bed. Props to their ac, works great. There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating."

"Breakfast wasnt stocked very well, 1st come 1st serve and when its gone its gone it felt like. It didnt taste good either. Sheets were strained, and the bathroom is super tiny, no counter space. Beds were decent besides the sheets. Showers had awful water pressure. Staff was polite and courteous. The seal on the mini fridge was bad, so anything we tried to keep cold, didnt stay very cold. Parking is a nightmare, due to limited space, and tight turns and oddly placed parking spots."
