"We loved the location—it was quiet and accessible to the Fondamente Nove vaporetto. Good instructions were provided for the use of the apartment and any questions we had were promptly answered."

"The property was in a state of disrepair with minor and major issues. From mould in both showers, useless bath, non existent toilet flusher (just a hole in the wall) to exposed wires by the bed. The agent did want to fix things whilst we were there, but the engineer wasn’t sure when he was available that day and wanted to leave the only set of keys with him. We felt it wasn’t a good idea. Apparently, previous reviews mentioned these issues and it looks like the agent/owner are not interested...
