"We really enjoyed our stay at the Félix 10! We spent 3 nights with our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable, shower was great, the room had a nice view and all the little amenities from various types of lights to nice European hair dryer and straightener, espresso machines and water and even chocolates to celebrate Easter. The layout of the entrance was inconvenient as there were stairs to get to the small elevator. "Terrible… my reservation for 4 people and every night i had to call for 2 towels , i went to the lobby each morning to tell them .. they did not do my room once because they simply forgot.. no apologies no nothing. And during my checkout they wanted to see me with my bags there when they were already in the taxy.. simply not a good management Property is new but you can see the floors are dirty and bathroom is not clean.. way below holiday in expectations "
