"The chevk in area seemed vkesn and it smelled fine. The room we were given once the air conditioning was turned off snelled like weed. My allergies were insane because ofvthe bad smell. The counter/drssers was dirty, there was food in between the sheets, and stains kn the blanket. I had to buy a cleaning spray and wipe the bathroom and all other areas that could've been tkuched by the children. The place is outdated and in need of an uodate. "When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price."

"The room has a kitchenette and there wasn't one piece of glassware or silverware in the room. I couldn't even take my pills because the kitchen was empty. I understand you can buy supplies for the kitchenette at the front desk but I have stayed in many suites with kitchenettes and find it ridiculous it isn't even stocked with drinkware. Who brings silverware and pots and pans on vacation? We weren't told at the front desk that the kitchen is empty so we had no idea we would encounter this or...
