"Initially difficult to find as it is in a shared block but a quick phone call sorted the check in instructions. The place was spotlessly clean. Only 1 cup and no kettle in the room but a coffee machine and microwave (to heat water for tea) available in the lobby. Breakfast could be picked up from a lovely little cafe around the corner with vouchers left for Coffee and croissant. Really close to the metro for getting into the city and some great restaurants nearby for eating locally"

"I stayed here as a solo traveler while visiting Rome. The room was clean and neatly maintained, and the staff, while not at the location, was very helpful through WhatsApp. If you are solo or a duo, this room was perfect. Area was mostly quiet, but it is in the student area of Rome, so there was some street noise, but not bad at all! Very reasonably priced."

Returning to an unmade room with used towels and no replenished amenities was frustrating and not what I expected from a hotel of this standard. "The best are very hard and walls were thin. The air conditioning works good. The soaps and shampoos- just plan to bring your own. Lots of graffiti outside the building. The staff were great. As others have said the TVs are tiny but we didn’t even use ours once. It wasn’t a bad stay, but there are probably better and more central to everything."

"This place needs to be updated- the picture does not match the actual. The mattresses, beddings, and towels were so worn out. The air conditioning unit is so old and dusty. Also, it is not close to the historic center nor the Termini station."

"Our family of five (3 teenagers) had the most amazing trip! The apartment is awesome, right in Rome. The metro is so easy to navigate and the stop is a short walk. "The lady who checked me in and out was very helpful and good. It was so nice to have a balcony, especially with it being so hot, sit and enjoy the sun for a moment when I got back. Not much choice at breakfast. The evening meal was a set menu and the three courses were very nice. Had a wonderful waitress on the evening who explained what every meal was."

"It’s very clean, and neat. It’s just a hotel to stay & sleep they don’t have common areas or a gym and bar like other hotels. My stay was safe and comfortable. The staff were easy to contact. Its a great location, 20 mins from aroma Termini, 3 mins to Basilica Giovanni lateran and scala santa, 15-20 minutes to The Colosseum. 2 mins bus and taxi station. There’s a convenient store around the corner as well to buy food, water and toiletries. I would definitely recommend."
