"The hotel listing was incorrect on distance which added 20 mins to my drive. The hotel tried to charge me twice, even though I prepaid. We were directed how to get to our room incorrectly. There was no parking in the lot, so we had yo park on the street. Just very disappointing all around."

"Our room was fine but bathroom was tiny and it was very noisy. We heard people above us all night. Plus, breakfast on Sunday morning ends at 9am - too early!"
