"Once probably a very poice hotel. Now without proper maintanance overpriced and very noisy. We had a good room, premium, although the fridge in the room was taken out, light in the bathroom didn’t function. Breakfast was very poor, very basic with almost nothing to choose from. Spa was ok."

"Our bedroom was clean. You could see the garden out of the window but I think you’re just a bit of a stretch to say garden view. I was rather expecting to be able to sit on a chair and look out the window. Window was quite high and quite small. However, if you did stand up, I’ll look out of it. You could indeed see the garden. "The hotel is an oasis of peace in a beautiful Surrey town. The staff were very helpful and the grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. However the room was not as luxurious as the photos had led us to expect. Also curry night needs to consider English tastes, the korma was so spicy I could not eat it, very disappointing. Overall I would recommend the hotel as the situation, grounds and staff were brilliant."

"We stayed in a recently refurshished room which was very nice with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The breakfast was really nice and the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere."

The good size double room had a kettle with coffee bags, fan, hairdryer, iron and ironing board plus large TV. The mattress was a bit too firm for our comfort though."
