The breakfast was a bit of a scramble due to flight times and opening times of the restaurant as time was a bit short, they did however provide a 'grab and go' selection of pastries, juices etc in reception if you needed to go earlier. "It was a nice enough hotel but I didn’t like the fact that you were charged for everything. The rooms were clean but fairly basically kitted out and for the luxury market they are aiming for they are slightly missing the beat. The service was ok but a little slow or not quite on the ball. Staff were friendly but temporarily lost an ice pack of mine, forgot my gluten free toast at breakfast and gave me a tiny tiny pot of tea that was half full for breakfast. "This hotel is fine for a night while travelling but the best thing about it is its proximity to the Italian restaurant. The food was superb and service excellent. I arrived unbooked at this very large restaurant on a Tuesday night and it was heaving. I waited a short time for a table and was then seated comfortably. The food was delicious and the charming owner complimented my choice. I don’t often go in that area but will certainly go there again if I do."

"There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"We only had an overnight stop here, but it was a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room and general public areas of the property were all fine. We had an evening meal and a full breakfast and they were both very tasty. Having an EV charger (22kW) in the car park was a really useful bonus as we left our car to charge overnight. Would definitely stay here again."
