"Great stay"

"Pros: Nice and attentive staff, easy check in process, nice decor and layout in lobby and room, decent breakfast. Cons: Rooms though nice superficially are in need of upgrades. Roller shades had multiple holes and hard time staying up, wood in bathroom door chipping and areas gouged out, roller office chair has a large stain in the seat. Rooms could’ve been cleaned better with multiple fingerprints on the headboard dirty fingerprints near door handle. And what’s with the soap, shampoo and...

"The room was very clean and staff was friendly. We stayed with my son who has Special Needs and they helped me find the right room for us. Thank you! I will be back in May for 3 days!"

"This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at hotel staff was not helpful. On the site it says they serve breakfast but when I got there, there’s a sign saying breakfast has been discontinued. That’s false advertising. I stayed for 2 days and staff didn’t change my linens. They didn’t even have forks when I ordered takeout. It was just a bad experience overall"

"Room still had trash under nightstand from previous guest. Stained blankets and lamp shades. But the bed was comfortable. Pool area was clean but something needs to be done about the slickness of the tiles above the entry steps. 4 kids slipped and fell getting into the pool. They were not running just merely stepping into the pool. Breakfast was good what you would expect out of a continental breakfast. "We stayed in room 101 at the Econo Lodge April 16-19. The ice machine was not working. Staff said it had been down for a while & they didn’t know when it would be fixed. We had to get ice at the 7/11 across the street. The fan in the AC unit (which was on low) was so loud we couldn’t sleep & had to turn it off. The ceiling in the bathroom had a leak which had stained 2 large ceiling tiles & dripped onto a box of tissues. Neither the ceiling tiles nor the tissues had been replaced. On the plus...

"The kitchen was empty, the refrigerator door was on the wrong side. No kitchen dishes or anything for use. Bathroom towels smelled "

"Very nice hotel, clean room, good breakfast options. Only complaint was the pool was cold and chlorine smell was overpowering, but otherwise great hotel for the price. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The HVAC units are a huge problem here. They’re mounted on plywood in each room and are terribly loud. Very difficult to sleep. You can hear them roaring in the hallways too. Many people were complaining and trying to find quieter rooms. HUGE issue if you want good sleep. "

"I loved that the hotel was walking distance (like a minute) from the airport. The continental breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had; plenty of options. The staff was very friendly (shoutout to Sharday), we had one issue, but they took very good care of us. The manager was also very hospitable! When visiting Rochester again, my mom & I will definitely stay here!"
