"There's no staff, but you get plenty of information prior to your stay. Shower is tiny, but stocked with soaps in case needed (bring your own). Overall quiet and pleasant stay. I recommend for a week or more since kitchenette and mini fridge are included."

"Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "

"Stayed here as it was close to the Penn Medicine Hospital so I could walk over, about a 15 minute walk. Property is well located near/of University of Pennsylvania’s campus. Parts of the rooms were updated, the rest less so but there is plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable."

"Overall this was a great B&B. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were zero ADA accommodations. I just happened to break my ankle a couple weeks before my trip, so carrying a big suit case up and down stairs (both inside and outside) was not fun. "Centrally located and easy to walk to City Hall, Reading Terminal Market and Independence Hall. Plus convenient for the subway. Very clean and staff were great!"

"The property was amazing, amenities were wonderful although our stay was short so we didn’t get to utilize all of them. Only issue we had was with some of the door hardware, but we didn’t notice it until right before we left and we brought it to their attention and they were having someone look at it right after we left.
