"There are not many places to stay in Wimborne. This is probably the best. Don’t expect elevators or lots of modern conveniences here. This is a 16th century hotel with narrow staircases and our room had beamed ceilings and a copper bathtub. What is great is that it is right in the won center and has enough free and secure parking so you don’t need to use a public carpark."

The smell coming from the outside of the room from bird mess was over powering. If your on the second floor the heat in the room unbearable. The 2 inch dust on the curtains and the black dots throughout the bedding, makes you sleep with your clothes on. Ive requested a refund, but it takes 10days for someone to get back to you. "This is an ex Ramanda Encore Hotel and it was better then! The hotel is well overdue complete refurbishment and us very tired and not close being worth what is charged for it. The lift is slow and rattles, the staff are slow to respond to requests. One plus that saved it from disaster was exceptionally effective air condition in the room! Parking also a fair price."
