"Al hacer el checking no tenían disponible la habitación seleccionada pero me ofrecieron otra y no hubo problema. Al terminar el viaje me percaté que me habían cobrado nuevamente la estancia a pesar de que la había pagado ya por Expedia, me comuniqué al hotel y me hicieron el reembolso a mi tarjeta. Suerte que me di cuenta."

"Very good choice"

"Safe, comfortable and clean! Best place in the area to stay."

"Mostly clean, though the carpet had stains on it in the room and hallway. The room was fine - very basic, no coffee maker, only 1 plastic cup. I was upgraded to a double queen in order to have a bathtub. The water took 10 minutes to heat up, and there was no stop for the drain. The tub was pretty small. Breakfast was adequate, with automatic pancakes, egg white omelettes with vegetables and sausage with biscuits and gravy. Everything tasted fine, but not great. The receptionists and hotel staff...

"A standard hotel, furniture and bathroom are comfortable but feel a little dated, &More restaurant is similarly just fine but nothing special. The BDL Sheraton is much more expensive than similar rooms elsewhere. However the convenience of being able to roll your suitcase from the hotel lobby down a wide and well lit hall right to the airport check-in desks makes it worth it--especially if you have a very early morning flight as we did. And the staff are very welcoming and helpful."
