"Great Riad! The riad was beautiful! We had one night there. The customer service was beyond exceptional! We had to leave early in the morning to catch a tour and the staff provided us with a terrific bagged breakfast with traditional Moroccan food to take with us as breakfast at the riad didn’t start until later. Abdul was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and his crew — Ahmed, Marwane, Amine, and Rayan — went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. "Pros: Nice riad. Beautiful courtyard. Hassan, Mohammed & team were exceptional. Their service is better than 5 star hotels. Food is great at the riad. Location is in the middle of the Medina but the front entrance leads to the parking lot which is easy for pickup & drop off. Completely safe to walk around in evening. Would return to the riad if I go back to Fes. Cons: Rooms could use a little upgrade. Toiletries were not labeled so, its hard to tell which is the hand soap. "
