"Lo mejor el personal y la comida. Pero estuvimos tres días antes intentando contactar sin respuesta, y al llegar nos ubican en otro hotel por humedades. Falta de mantenimiento, iluminación en habitaciones, problemas de agua caliente. Muy mejorable todo, a excepción de la amabilidad y atención de todo el personal, así como una comida y desayuno exquisitos"

Thankfully, Yusuf at reception was incredibly reassuring. He saw I was panicking and told me to take the night to process everything, and he checked in on me. "Facility is dingy, they need to turn lights on and get air flow through the facility. Many other Riads have air freshening machines. Additionally, We had an early morning flight and had to use the flash lights on our phone to navigate the hallways. The breakfast and supper was stale and lacked flavour. "Very comfortable and clean! The staff was accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us! Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful! Great location! Close to the Medina but far enough away from all the crowds! Highly recommend! "
