"We stayed in the accessible king room. Great room and bathroom layout, much easier for my husband to move around with his bad knees. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool was very pretty, indoor pool was also nice. The restaurant served a nice steak dinner. Unsure if breakfast options available at hotel restaurant. "Beautiful property and walking distance to great bars and restaurants in Collingwood. The wine bar located in the hotel is very convenient and has great snacks and drinks when you want to unwind between activities."

"I had a difficult time getting and staying asleep due to a constant loud noise which either is from a rooftop HVAC unit or something internally in the building. I was so looking forward to a wonderful experience but this definitely impacted my stay. They really need to get this constant noise resolved"
