"Our family of four stayed for two nights in the room with a queen and two large bunk beds and it was perfect for a short stay. The free breakfast was delicious and made to order. ALL of the staff was so kind and helpful. They helped arrange transportation to Monteverde Cloud Forest Preserve and helped book a night tour at a different reserve, giving us a variety of options. We would definitely stay here again and will look into their sister hotels in Oaxaca and Nicaragua. As a bonus we saw...

It excelled on all counts only issue was that the ramp leading up to our Cabana was quite steep, which could be an issue for someone with mobility issues and would just need to be worked out in advance with the property. "Property was amazing and staff are very warm and helpful. Trails on the property are very nice. Definitely do the night tour as the guide was able to find sloths, tarantulas, green viper, and kinkajou. We did not use the pool. Restaurant on site was reasonably priced and very good food."

"Very disappointed with how this was handled. During my stay, I raised concerns directly with reception regarding the condition of the room. While housekeeping responded, the actions taken did not fully resolve the issue or restore the quality of stay that was expected. After returning, I submitted a refund request based on the impact the issue had on my experience. "Staff was very friendly and helpful. We kept asking them for great places to eat and they always had a new place for us to go that was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had a fireplace that my wife enjoyed at night and an arcade game for the kids to play with. It was a great place for us to relax at the end of the day and get ready for the next days activities."

"Really enjoyed our stay here! One of our favorite places we stayed at! The fire pit and the views were stunning! We got some beautiful photos. The server in the restaurant I forget his name but he was wonderful as well. We also did the avocado trail and it was nice but we went a little late so it started getting dark. Def recommend doing it earlier in the day. Overall, very clean and friendly staff. Recommend!"
